TERMS OF PURCHASE
General
These terms and conditions apply to consumers’ purchases of goods from Nordwall Marin AB with company number 556120–7274 on Eshop.nordwallmarin.se. Consumer means “private individual” and consumer is referred to as Customer/Customers in the terms and conditions.
For you who are a consumer, the Consumer Purchase Act (SFS 1990:932) applies. The Act on Distance Contracts and Contracts Outside Business Premises (SFS 2005:59) applies when we sell goods remotely to you as a consumer. Please note that the terms and conditions below only apply to sales to you who are a consumer and that only you who are a consumer have the right to cancel your distance purchase (e-mail, telephone, webshop or event outside Eshop.nordwallmarin.se’s business premises).
When making a purchase on Eshop.nordwallmarin.se with Klarna payment terms, a customer account is created with Eshop.nordwallmarin.se, at which point the customer accepts the applicable Terms of Purchase at any time and a binding agreement is created between the customer and Eshop.nordwallmarin.se. For Klarna purchase terms, see the section “Payment”.
The customer must be 18 years of age to pay by invoice or installment. For card purchases, the customer’s payment card must be unlocked for online shopping. By registering, the customer certifies that the information provided is correct and truthful.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that passwords are kept secure and not disclosed to third parties. The customer can always order a new password directly when logging in. If the customer suspects that the password has fallen into the wrong hands, the password should be changed immediately. The customer can contact Eshop.nordwallmarin.se to block the account.
Eshop.nordwallmarin.se reserves the right to make changes to the website, where functions may be added, changed, or removed. The goal is to always improve the customer experience on the website as development progresses.
Eshop.nordwallmarin.se reserves the right for any typographical errors and incorrectly stated prices on the website.
Account termination
By registering as a Customer, the Customer enters into an agreement with Eshop.nordwallmarin.se to use the functions available on Eshop.nordwallmarin.se. The Customer can deactivate their account at any time by contacting Eshop.nordwallmarin.se
If the Customer violates the Terms of Purchase, such as not making payment for ordered goods, Eshop.nordwallmarin.se has the right to terminate the agreement with the Customer and block the Customer from further orders via the website. Termination means that login to their account is deactivated. This may also result in the Customer being liable for damages.
If a violation of the Terms of Purchase constitutes a crime, Eshop.nordwallmarin.se may report the violation to the police. For example, Eshop.nordwallmarin.se reports all false orders and orders made with stolen card numbers to the police and does everything it can to assist the police in their investigation.
Eshop.nordwallmarin.se has the right to terminate the agreement in whole or in part with immediate effect if the Customer commits a material breach of the Terms of Purchase and correction has not been made within fourteen (14) days of Eshop.nordwallmarin.se’s written notice to this effect. Any breach of the obligations incumbent on the Customer in this agreement is considered a material breach of contract.
If Eshop.nordwallmarin.se is unable to provide notice to the Customer because the Customer has not updated their contact information or provided incorrect information, Eshop.nordwallmarin.se may deactivate or close access to the Customer’s account and stop the delivery of goods in whole or in part without prior notice.

Eshop.nordwallmarin.se uses cookies, web beacons and similar technologies (collectively referred to as “cookies”) to improve the Customer’s experience on Eshop.nordwallmarin.se. Eshop.nordwallmarin.se uses cookies on the website and in its web services.
Order
Orders are made on the website: www.nordwallmarin.se
The Customer must be 18 years of age to pay by invoice or installment payment. For card purchases, the only requirement is that the card is unlocked for online shopping, or has a company.
Eshop.nordwallmarin.se’s business concept rests on Service, Knowledge & Quality, with as many products as possible in stock for the fastest possible delivery to the customer.
After the Customer has placed an order on Eshop.nordwallmarin.se, an order confirmation is sent directly to the Customer’s email address with information about the order.
Changing or canceling an order
The Customer can change/cancel an order until Marinshopen.se has started packing the goods. The customer needs to contact Marinshopen.se as soon as possible at info@nordwallmarin.se to find out if a cancellation or change to the order is feasible.
Delivery method
Eshop.nordwallmarin.se uses the forwarder assigned in the order completion or in-store pickup.
Delivery time
If the customer’s order only contains stock items and is placed on a weekday before 12:00, it will normally be sent to the customer the same day. If the order only contains stock items and is placed on a holiday or weekday after 12:00, it will normally be sent from us the following weekday.
